Rosato
Fresh and fruity, full-bodied rosato wine
Made from grapes on the slopes of Collemancio that are 320-350 meters above sea level. The wine spends 6-8 months in steel vats and a further 2-3 months in bottles before it is ready to drink and savour.
It is a deliciously intense and fruity wine that is made to drink young.

Cherry pink colour, intense aromas of cherry, red apple and wild strawberries. Fresh, fruity, full-bodied, with spicy and mineral notes; fruity and very persistent aftertaste.

Extremely versatile, it prefers combinations with young cured meats, shellfish, fish soups, salads, fresh or medium-aged cheeses and white meats; it also tastes delicious with fresh strawberries.

Our Olive Oil
Our olive groves flourish in clay-marl soils where over 500 trees belonging to nineteen native varieties have been carefully tended, many for generations.
We specialise in the prized Moraiolo variety, an ancient Umbrian cultivar that produces extraordinarily rich oils high in antioxidants, alongside the rare San Felice monovarietal oil known for its elegant almond and white flower notes.
Each harvest is done entirely by hand, and every drop of oil from our DOP-certified trees reflects both the exceptional terroir and our commitment to preserving these ancient varieties.
